MSM

MSM was discovered by Dr Robert Herschler and stands for Methylsulfonylmethane and it is a natural sulphur-containing organic compound. It is the purest and most bio-available form of sulphur. It is a white crystalline powder.

Naturally MSM is stored in every cell of the body. It is an important component of proteins, collagen, keratin, hormones and enzymes. MSM is an anti-oxidant that mops up free radicals. It is present in milk, raw vegetables, eggs and fish but is lost through cooking and food processing. There is a particularly high concentration in cabbage and pine trees.
