Handcrafted bespokes for Helen's horses and dogs soon lead her to getting her behaviour customers dogs weaknesses supported to help them be happier owners with happier dogs.

Helen was one of the first to qualify as a dog psychiatrist many years ago, she is also a vet nurse so is often getting vet referrals for dog behaviour.  Helen runs her behavior company when she is not nursing.  She first used Bespoke for her horses. As she lives local to the dedicated handcrafting factory, she also collected her supplements. She soon got chatting to the formulators about her own dogs that she was struggling with clinically..  She was able to see us make products, sit with formulators and learn what was happening in this whole process. We used the powerful herbs and minerals to help Manny regain his coat where no other options had worked along with other mobility and comfort issues.

Now, four years later Helen, recommends her customers to us regularly. She knows and understands the ethos, team and company better than most and loves the natural, preservative Free approach to everything we do. She works closely without the formulation team and has been a key part in creating the tummy settling First Step Formulation range that is now available to the mass market.
