Suffolk Dog Show

Our pyramid of professional were thrilling dog owners, it's was the first time we have collectively been working with dogs and their owners.

After 6 long years of developing the First Step Formulations, we were out with a team of 15 to find out what people thought of all our work. And we were delighted at the responses. We had customer, Rosie, travel two hours to get to us and meet the team after helping her dog so much with his mobility and behavior - and then we gave him a beautiful coat too, he was such a gracious dog too! The herbs and minerals also supported his skin and coat growth. Another lady used our products on her dog after she credited us with keeping her horse alive. Beverley has a degree in holistic health and is a retired medical nurse who specialised in palliative care alongside her husband who is a palliative care doctor. We met dogs who were mid-chemo at the show and Beverley's knowledge of both medical and complimentary was so powerful. Being able to offer this lovely dog and his owner extra support was just fabulous.

Our product development team was led by our canine nutrittional trained Nicola Haden Scott, she has 10 years of training and development work at Hack Up Bespoke working and we took her work to our sister brand Natural Bespoke Supplements. In the field, she has worked closely with Lisa Guire our veterinary physio who knows our products for horses and dogs as Helen Goodall, one of the first qualified dog phycologists in the UK. They worked in the field to professionally assess the results of the supplements for the dog's behavior and movement, as well as general wellbeing and skin and digestion.
